Specialisterne Foundation is a non-for-profit organization that works to enable one million jobs for people with autism and similar challenges. The foundation owns Specialisterne Denmark and the Specialisterne concept and trademark.
Through the collaboration between Specialisterne Foundation and IBM, neurodivergent candidates and consultants will gain enhanced access to IBM SkillsBuild. IBM SkillsBuild is a free digital training program offering courses in highdemand technology skills such as Cloud Computing, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Communication Skills, Project Management, and much more. Upon completion of a course, learners will receive a corresponding badge certified by IBM.
Since 2004, we have proven ‘The Autism Advantage’ and catalysed a global movement which so far has resulted in the employment of 10.000 autistic persons in competitive jobs across a number of business sectors.
