Why the name change for the office? The word lifelong is closer to the truth about our continual need to deepen our relationship with God and each other. Formation implies a molding or shaping into something or someone. We are being shaped or formed by Jesus, for Jesus, in Jesus through our community, for the transformation of the world. Lifelong Faith Formation is much broader in scope and impact than any of the former titles. Together we have fun, share, grow, are challenged, unite and nurture our family
