Formed in 1975 as a chapter of the New York State ENA, Southern Tier Chapter is currently formed by the counties of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, and Chenango. As with many ENA states and chapters, our members also live in other areas including Otsego and Cortland County and into Northern Pennsylvania and participate due to proximity or place of employment.
