Southern Retrievers was established in January of 2000, by Brian Parker. The idea evolved out of a lifelong passion of wing shooting and the desire to have a quality dog to enjoy at home as well as afield. In the mid 80’s Brian witnessed his first retriever competition put on by the Jacksonville Retriever Club and from that point he was hooked.
