Description: Through the sport of rugby, the Southeast Sabers Youth Rugby Club seeks to build character and develop community among athletes between the ages of 7 and 19 in the Greater Rochester and Genesee Valley Region. Our passion for rugby stems from the belief that more than just an athletic pursuit, rugby represents a lifelong and life-changing positive lifestyle that promotes diversity and inclusion, cultural awareness, community, and success through cooperation.

Welcome to the Home of Youth Rugby on Rochester's Southeast Side! We have multiple boys' programs, catering to grades 6-12, and serve more than 50 players from the Greater Rochester Area, including Brighton, Pittsford, Penfield, Henrietta, Honeoye Falls, Lima, and more.
We are creating a proud tradition of mentoring and developing character, sportsmanship and teamwork in young athletes through the wonderful game of rugby. We have a devoted staff of high quality, USA Rugby certified coaches, athletic trainers, and a committed parent support organization. Sabers Rugby is rooted in a strong technical foundation and the development of player understanding and Rugby IQ is paramount.
