Almost exactly 18 years ago, I completed the composition of my first symphony. On the occasion of this anniversary, I re-recorded the entire thing with my new virtual orchestra. I thought it would be done quickly. But I soon realised that I had created quite a monster back then, and that I had to re-orchestrate a lot of things, which required more work than expected. But it was worth it. This symphony contains the saddest, funniest and generally craziest musical ideas I've ever had.
