The October 2021 winner of the most soulless ghoul is… both Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema!! Because their hearts and souls are such a similar shade of empty.
For our very first edition, we’re nominating not one, but two ghouls! These two phantoms are virtually inseparable in politics & media, and they are their most ghoulish when together. We thought it would only be appropriate to dedicate both October and November especially to them.
