Hello, I warmly welcome you to Soul Footprints. I typically work with women, giving foot reflexology treatments to help with the stresses and strains of life, often during the menopause journey. I offer treatments in the comfort of your own home in Sevenoaks, Bromley and the surrounding areas and also at Nizels Wellbeing Hub at Nizels Golf and Country Club in Hildenborough.
I am passionate about the benefits of reflexology. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy and can help to relieve anxiety and tension, encourage deep relaxation, improve mood and aid sleep. The aim of reflexology is to help naturally restore balance to the mind, body and spirit, improving wellbeing.
