Description: SNAP is the Spay Neuter Assistance Program based in southwest Missouri. We provide low-cost spay/neuter certificates for pets whose owners have limited financial resources. In this way, we hope to humanely solve the pet overpopulation problem. Please check us out and see if you are interested in aiding our efforts. SNAP's mission is to eliminate the need for euthanasia in our community's animal shelters, to reduce the number of homeless animals, and to educate the public about the importance of spay/neuter.
