We are a small Nelson, NZ based social enterprise established in 2016 by Ian McComb. Ian is an infrastructure engineer with 30 years of experience working with councils, developers, builders and other sectors. He has an extensive background in development, planning and infrastructure and is able to bridge the gap between clients and councils. Together with Ian, there is a highly skilled team working on different projects.
Small Time facilitates small-and-tiny community housing solutions for individuals and groups. We seek to add enduring value through high environmental and energy efficiency performance, and edible landscaping standards.
