About The Skye Piper
Ally Keilidh Band
The Skye Piper (Alistair Macpherson) has been playing the pipes since 1991, learning from experienced piper Ronald Monk from Uist in the Western Isles. In 1992 Ally joined the Isle of Skye Pipe band and is currently the Pipe Sergeant. Alistair has piped across Great Britain and Europe over the last 25 years and entertained clients in various venues ranging from Cruise Ships, Churches, Hotels and even a pop stars wedding.
