Many who have come before us, spoke of the power of Environment vs. Willpower.
Many of us know, willpower alone can often leave us with no defense. Quite often we remember when we placed ourselves in slippery situations, we were soon to find ourselves back where we were before and worse. We sometimes, mistakenly, believed we had the power to choose what we would, and would not do.
It seemed our chances were infinitely better when we surrounded ourselves with a group of like minded people. People who could relate to our struggle and who, like us, were moving in the same direction.
