Simply Yoga Ireland offers classes in Vinyasa Yoga, Mixed Hatha/Yinvasa, Private classes for sports teams and one to one tuition. We also offer other holistic treatments and sessions. Most classes are held in Carlow but we will accommodate private sessions and sports teams in Kildare, Laois and Kilkenny on request.
