In December of 2017, Brinkerhoff Hospitality opened Sierra as a part of the RidgeGate community located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Sierra’s menu consists of timeless American classics with a Southwestern influence. All of the dishes are recipes that have originated within the Brinkerhoff family.
