Donate Shooting Star Appeal Charity now has a new name: Shooting Star Cancer Support Supporting the Wrexham Maelor Hospital Shooting Star Unit by directly funding vital equipment to optimise treatment delivery and the patient pathway.
Our role is to fund pieces of equipment that are difficult for the NHS to provide, and which allow optimisation of the journey for the patient through their diagnosis or their treatment.
Your generous donations have continued, funding the building of the first Macmillan Unit in Wales opposite the Shooting Star Unit, and funding vital cancer treatment equipment over the years that the NHS have been unable to fund.
