Every piece Chris makes starts as a small bit of clear, molten (2130 degree!) glass, gathered out of the furnace, running entirely off renewable energy in his Vermont glassblowing studio located in an old 1925 Mill building. Where the piece goes from there depends on the Artisan's creativity & experience...and current orders from customers and galleries!
