Deciding to seek help is a big step so thanks for stopping by, take a look around and contact me if you would like to explore working together. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with twelve years experience working in the NHS and privately now offering sessions in central Hove and Lewes, East Sussex with individuals, couples and families.
My approach is gentle and encouraging. I'm not keen on long silences so you can count on me to initiate the conversation so we can begin to explore what's troubling you and work together towards a greater understanding of the issues and a way forward.
I am also UKCP registered to work with children, young people and families. This work, as you can imagine, comes with further responsibilities, I am CRB checked and have experience liaising with schools and colleges to aid the work.
