Het project Switching Talent streeft een kortlopende werkplekuitwisseling voor werknemers na, waarbij leren door beleving en vanuit ervaring vooropstaat. De focus ligt op het leren van elkaar, op een informele manier.
Switching Talent wordt door Time4Society vzw gecoördineerd, met de steun van het Europees Sociaal Fonds Vlaanderen. Dit project richt zich tot bedrijven en organisaties in Vlaanderen. In deze fase richt Switching Talent zich (nog) niet tot overheidsbedrijven. Wij willen bewust grote bedrijven, kmo’s, startups en sociale organisaties in dit project samenbrengen rond het thema maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.
