Shalini Tekale founder of Shalini's Salads, She started her business in 2019. Prior to starting her business, she worked as a primary school teacher. Despite her busy schedule, she was passionate about cooking and had a natural talent for creating delicious and healthy salad recipes. Her first branch was opened in Kothrud, Pune, and it quickly gained a reputation for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and delicious flavors. This success led to the opening of two more branches, in Parvati and Pimple Saud
