Janice Shack-Marquez is a master facilitator and speaker who draws on 20 years of experience as a senior executive. She has extensive experience leading change, developing innovative programs, dealing with challenging workplace issues, and helping clients deal effectively with interpersonal conflicts. She has devoted herself to learning how people communicate and has substantial experience coaching leaders to improve their communication capabilities.
She serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration of the George Washington University .
