The South Glasgow Heritage & Environment Trust (SGHET) was formed in 2001 (under GHET), becoming a registered charity in 2007, to advance education in heritage issues through the promotion of interest, appreciation, preservation, improvement and sustainability of all matters related to the heritage and environment of South Glasgow.
SGHET is run by a management group of local people and others interested in researching, preserving and maintaining the rich environment and heritage of the Southside.
