Seasons for Growth has been helping children, young people and adults across Scotland since 2001. In that time we have trained over 7,500 Companions to deliver the programme in authorities across Scotland. Seasons for Growth is most often delivered in schools and through voluntary agencies.
In the year leading up to the pandemic over 7,000 children and adults attended groups. Seasons for Growth was evaluated for the 6th time in 2019 confirming the programme is well designed and well delivered with high levels of satisfaction. It is associated with positive change in children and young people who have experienced loss and change.
