Welcome to our website. We hope that it will give you the information that you are looking for and explain a little about what you can expect from psychotherapy and counselling.
We are a small group of psychodynamic counsellors and psychotherapists working close to the centre of Southampton. We specialise in open ended therapy but also work short term. We work with both individuals and couples.
