The Scrambling Fore the Cause golf tournament was started in 2008. Two fraternity brothers of Kevin Klepper, who was then newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, saw an opportunity to not only show their support for Kevin, but a chance to raise awareness for all individuals affected by MS.
Through the love, support and participation of hundreds of families and friends, The Cause golf tournament has raised over $130,000 towards the National MS Society’s research and awareness movement. In addition to donations made to MS, a Greek scholarship was established in 2018 in honor of Kevin Klepper to recognize an outstanding student in the VSU Greek Community.
