53-year-old Aaron Palmer pushed another man against an MNPD patrol vehicle in front of officers after the man told police Aaron struck him in the face. On July 27th, near Boot Barn, at around 9:30 pm, Bryant Depompe approached MNPD Officers and told them that Aaron Palmer had punched him in the face.
