Sam Schwartz is a PhD student in the Computing and Data Understanding at eXtreme Scale (CDUX) Lab in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Oregon. Sam is advised by Dr. Hank Childs .
Sam's research interests include applying machine learning techniques to graphs, meshes, and scientific visualization. Applications of large scale data structuring and visualization range from ecological species modeling, fluid dynamics, medical imaging, and more.
