The Seaboard Cambodian Development Construction Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 by joint venture between The Seaboard Holding Co., Ltd. (subsidiary company of The Seaboard Group Co., Ltd.) and Mrs. SIN NARITH a Cambodian Partner.
The years following the successful business of The Seaboard Group Co., Ltd. at Map Ta Phut, Rayong, Thailand, the management decided to expand construction business in neighboring country especially in Indochina.
The first operation is in the Kingdom of Cambodia which has considerably high potential of development due to peaceful after general election in 1991.
