About Us Save Them All Horse Rescue is an equine rescue located in Northern California. We are a no frills, all-volunteer run, certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization made up of consistently hard-working volunteers dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned, abused, neglected, and unwanted horses. We have grown to where we assist 12-20 horses per year.
Although the name of our rescue states an impossible task, it is not one we will stop dreaming or working towards. We need the community's help to help the horses in our care and those who come next.
STAHR began in 2011 as a life's dream of Vicki Greene, founder and President of Save Them All Horse Rescue. From the words of our Founder, "Save Them All Horse Rescue was conceived due to life changes: I got older. Riding my Harley and being around Horses were the happiest times of my life. Both are expensive hobbies, and one had to go. I chose horses. It was the funds from selling my Custom Road King that got the rescue going and on the journey to continue saving horses.
