Our warm, friendly studio is based in on the outskirts of town at Holme Grange Craft Village. We offer a range of weekly classes including Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Qigong, and more, plus regular blissful events such as Gong Baths, Wellbeing Workshops, CPD for Yoga Teachers and more in our beautiful, calm space.
We are passionate about offering a place in which yoga and wellbeing classes are taught with loving awareness, are welcoming to all and offer as much as possible to you, our community.
