Joanne Halloran is a native of upstate New York. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, where she majored in Spanish and Pre-Medicine. With an interest in natural medicine, she attended National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon from 1997-2001 and is an Honors Graduate with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
