Where possible, we advocate for repairing electrical items rather than replacing them. This is a much greener option, which doesn’t place additional pressure on the earth’s fragile resources or require energy-intensive manufacturing processes. When an electrical item is discarded, its components are often distributed to poorer countries, a practice we are firmly against.
We will continue to work closely with our suppliers to embrace greener technologies and processes and pass those environmental benefits on to our customers.
