Design and Development Cable Coiling Trophy: Tech Crew Picnic Cable Coiling Trophy V1 For the annual Tech Crew picnic, I received a request to create a custom 3D printed XLR Themed Trophy for the winner of the event. I went with a Male connector design with a cable wrapping around the neck of the trophy. This was the first version I sent to the "client", who gave great feedback to turn this into its final product
Cable Coiling Trophy V2 In this version, it was made to look less like a wine glass, and the base was changed to also include placement details so it'd be easier to create 2nd/3rd place trophies if desired. Overall, I was a lot happier with this final product and so was the client.
