Texas business owners are required to file a Business Personal Property Rendition every year. A 10% penalty will be applied if not filed by the filing deadline of April 15 th .
Property owner or agent, upon request, can extend the filing deadline to May 15 th .
We encourage you to file your rendition electronically at www.sanpatcad.org (online forms) or by emailing a completed rendition form to [email protected] . Electronic signatures will be accepted. When applicable, please submit your excel files along with your rendition. The online forms will accept the excel file.
