Having worked in the public sector for 2 decades, and having gained my qualification since 2009, I have a firm understanding of life and the surprises it can often have in store for us. I have worked with a range of ages, specialising in behaviour change, and the one thing I found lead to successful and lasting change, was the creation of a safe space, for the therapeutic relationship to develop, and honest conversations to take place.
