In order to address the numerous enquiries we have received recently, we also wish to share the news on here: unfortunately, we must confirm that the SAANENWALD programme will not take place in 2023, as our main location, the Saanewald Lodge, has been sold. Although we knew this day would come, it is still a difficult announcement.
Looking back, we are proud of the 6 years of development, 4 years of running the self-care concept, 30 weeks of weeklong programmes, 350 participants, 82 sponsored stays, collaboration with University of Bern, local partners, and an incredible team of core players, sponsors, and supporters. We are grateful for the many wonderful memories and accomplishments we have made together.
While this setback is challenging, we want to assure you that the core players remain dedicated to our mission and are exploring options for future events. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your passion, dedication, and unwavering support. It is because of friends like you that we have been able to achieve so much and continue to strive for a better future.
