Description: Race 2 (of 3) in our annual "Run the Holidays Race Series,” the Lake Orion Franken Frenzy Run takes place just over a week before Halloween and is festive spooky fun for the whole family! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us in taking part in the 5k, 10k, and/or Family Mile distance(s). With a common start/finish at Canterbury Village, runners in both the 5k and 10k utilize the Polly Ann Trail while the 10k runners get an added 5k section in Orion Oaks before head
5k, 10k, Family Mile Distances About Polly Ann Trail, Orion Oaks & Canterbury Village Polly Ann Trail - The Polly Ann Trail is a major non-motorized trail in Oakland County extending north from Orion Township in suburban Detroit on a former Pontiac, Oxford & Northern Railroad corridor.
Orion Oaks - Orion Oaks’ 916 acres offers 10 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, geocaching, and fishing on Lake Sixteen. The park may be accessed from three parking lots, Baldwin, Clarkston and Joslyn roads.
