The earliest incarnation of what has become Rabren, Odom, Pierce & Hayes P.C. began with its founding on September 1, 1980, by CPA Bill Rabren, who was joined three years later by CPA and Certified Government Financial Manager Ken Odom. Their business partnership was formalized July 1, 1988.
