Service plus***** First order I thought I had everything I needed and the guys sorted everything out and posted with super efficiency to Albany WA… I then realized my setup wasn’t quiet going to work with parts of ordered elsewhere so a quick call to RRS and I had the parts I needed…. But of course I missed a particular part so another call and I think I’ve got it all… to put this into perspective I’m retro fitting a rack to a caravan tool box to fit 2 mountain bikes… each time John was super friendly and h
Happy with quality of the Yakima products. In all fairness, I would have posted a higher review score had I not been supplied with the incorrect fitting kit for my vehicle, necessitating two round trips to the store and wasted hours on a valuable leave day. Mistakes happen, and Leigh did what he could near closing time to assist in rectifying others mistakes.
