Recently, Mr. Woods was appointed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to investigate and prosecute a complaint filed against a New Orleans federal judge. Mr. Woods prosecuted the case before the Judicial Council of the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans and the trial record was subsequently referred to the U.S. House of Representatives for impeachment consideration.
