Lithuanian baritone Romanas Kudriašovas has performed at the Danish National Opera, Bergen Festival, Opera de Lyon, Glyndebourne Festival and Tour, Welsh National Opera, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, Vilnius City opera, Lithuanian National Opera, Royal Opera House of Muscat, Llangollen Festival, Abu Dhabi Festival, Laeiszhalle in Hamburg and at other venues. Roles inlcuding Silvio (Pagliacci), Schaunard (La Boheme), Yeletsky (Queen of spades), Frederic (Lakme) and others.
Romanas Kudriašovas has been described by The Telegraph as having a “voice with shades of Alan Rickman in speech and John Shirley-Quirk in song — that certainly catches the ear”.
Last year has brought important house and role debuts at Opera de Lyon – Strahlbusch (F. Schreker Irrelohe ), at Bergen Festival – 2 Nazarene ( Salome ) and at Danish National Opera ( Den Jyske Opera) – Silvio ( Pagliacci ) and Orso (A. Hamerik La vendetta ).
