Highlighting top quality and seasonal Japanese ingredients, creatively prepared with our unique sense of artistry. Our menu changes seasonally to reflect the best Japanese ingredients at each time of the year. We work closely with suppliers to source ingredients of top quality from all regions of Japan, many of which are organically grown, others are wild, others carefully selected from markets each day.
The drink list includes premium sake, wine, beer, whiskey, shochu and classic Japanese tea. The space inside the restaurant is dominated by a private sushi bar which you can watch or see the chefs working away on your dishes. There is also a sizeable basement with cozy lighting and banquettes, great for small bookings and private parties with six people.
