Description: Rockingham Youth Singers is a community Choir for children ages 8-14. We are located in Rockingham County, NC. Rehearsals take place in Reidsville and we welcome all children and their musical talent.

As children grow and their brains develop, studies have shown that those children who are involved with music focus better, have a better attention span, have increased vocabulary, can retain more information and have improved performance on memory recall.
Additionally, children who participate in extra-curricular activities, tend to perform better in school and/or participate in more school related functions. Those children who participate in these activities outside of school, get a better sense of community and are more willing to foster this in a positive way by engaging and advocating for growth and community functions.
