Providing Safe Urban Driver (SUD) training to comply with DFT regulations and FORS Silver and Gold, whilst helping to reduce insurance premiums and accidents with cyclists and other road users.
Cycling is one of the best forms of exercise with low impact on your joints and is a great way to make friends and see the sights. If you have always wanted to learn how to ride we provide one on one and group training sessions for adults and children.
Keep fit and make new friends on one of our group rides. If you don’t own a bike or the necessary safety equipment, don’t worry you can rent it from us.
