Description: Conceived by Billy Eason back in 1993, the Richmond Tattoo Festival is one of the oldest tattoo conventions in the world! The event has hosted some of the best tattoo artists in the industry. Today it has evolved to encompass Live Art for Charity, The Richmond Tattoo and Arts Academy, local and industry exhibitors, $15,000 in cash and prizes in competitions for the public, live music, burlesque shows, fire performances and more. It all adds up to a fun weekend for tattoo enthusiasts and locals alike!
