I’m a PMP certified project manager and Scrum Master and I bring a focused and pragmatic approach to projects. I run the website Project Zendo where I write about a wide variety of topics related to a Project Management Office (PMO) and try to foster a results orientated perspective when it comes to project management rather than what I describe as a “relentless attempt to perfect the inconsequential”.
Managed the transition to the Epic Tapestry health care system and decommissioning from Legacy systems. Managed migration of public facing website from DotNetNuke (DNN) to Sitefinity. Consolidated multiple websites resulting from acquisitions into a single comprehensive website under Quartz brand. Managed the development, testing, configuration, and deployment of the Cerner Wellness Platform. Managed the migration from ACT! Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to Microsoft Dynamics CRM hosted on the Azure
