Customers may return non-coffee merchandise for an exchange or full refund (minus the cost of shipping & handling) within 30 days of the ship date. Products should be mint or unused, and preferably in original packaging. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the product has been received by Revel 77 Coffee and approved for exchange/refund, you will receive an e-mail notifying you.
