May I TAKE A MOMENT, and pose a question?
If you were SELLING YOUR PROPERTY, do you believe that it would sell for a fixed price, or do you believe it would sell in a price range based on marketing, level of exposure, and the negotiation skills of your sales associate?
It can be easy to assume that all real estate brokerages and sales associates are the same. The truth is, we are different – and some of us, very different. Many individuals look to do the minimum, however, I personally, along with LIV Sotheby’s, are the alternative.
