We are an Arizona 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that specializes in finding employment for ex-offenders. To inspire the light of the human spirit to grow bright where it’s been dimmed and to inspire hope when there is none within. The Restore to Life (RTL) mission is to reduce racial and economic disparity through advocacy and provide training, mentoring and employment opportunities to ex-offenders in an effort to decrease the rate of recidivism.
