Should any irregularity occur with the delivery of your product please inform us immediately. Courier deliveries are either overnight or 3-4 business days to the South Island.
Due to the perishable nature of our product a return is usually not a feasible option. However, should you experience unexpected delays of your order due to third party influences, or a breakage occurs in transit with our freight contractors, or any other diminishing effect to the natural high quality of our product, we will be happy to give a partial or full refund on your order.
