I am Physiotherapist with a special interest in neurology rehabilitation, yoga and dance. I offer a unique approach to therapy where I intertwine a western physiotherapy approach with the eastern science of life. Since 2019 I have been a Zumba Instructor and have also been incorporating dance and music into my work with the addition of teaching Zumba classes and Mom and Baby dance classes.
Yoga represents the union of Body, Mind and Spirit. We all have within our nature a back drop of basic wellness. Yoga unites physical exercise with breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to help us find our basic wellness and ability to heal.
Yoga should be accessible to everyone at all levels of ability. It is my aim to bring the art and science of yoga practice to people who have neurological and other physical impairments by teaching individualized classes modified to suit everyone's physical situation.
